A lot of people do not realise that if you have made a will and get married or remarried the will is revoked automatically and a new will would need to be completed. If you are intending to get married to a particular person and are making a will before marriage the revocation problem can be avoided by including a provision that confirms that the will is not to be revoked on the future marriage to Mr or Miss X.
